Shipping at Very Besty — the short version

Free US shipping on every order. No minimum, no threshold. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive in 5–7. International shipping is weight-tiered to 43 countries. Tracking gets emailed to you the moment your package leaves the warehouse.

The longer version

U.S. shipping

Free standard shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via standard delivery. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after shipment. A tracking number gets emailed to you once your order ships.

Some items ship directly from our manufacturer partners, including international warehouses. These items may take an additional 7–15 business days to arrive — we’ll flag this on the product page when applicable.

International shipping

We currently ship to 43 countries outside the U.S., with weight-tiered rates calculated at checkout:

  • Up to 1 lb: $9.99
  • 1–5 lb: $19.99
  • Over 5 lb: $24.99

Supported destinations: Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

International orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Allow additional time for customs clearance, which varies by destination.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We don’t collect or remit these at checkout — your local carrier or customs office will contact you if anything is owed.

Order tracking

A tracking link gets emailed to you the moment your package leaves the warehouse. If you don’t see it within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email hello@verybesty.com.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting. If you spot an error within 1 hour of ordering, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships. Once shipped, address changes aren’t possible.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, mailboxes)
  3. Wait 2 business days — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they actually arrive
  4. Contact hello@verybesty.com with your order number and we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim

Holiday & peak-season delays

Carrier networks sometimes back up during major holidays. We’ll post estimated delays on this page and at checkout when known.
