Returns at Very Besty — the short version

free 30-day returns on every U.S. order, full refund to your original payment method. If your order isn’t quite right, start a return through our portal within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label — no fee, no deduction. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund processes within 5–10 business days.

The longer version

What you can return

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be initiated for return within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • Include original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Not be marked Final Sale, Custom, or Non-Returnable on the product page
  • Be approved via our Return Portal before being shipped back

What can’t be returned

For health, safety, and supplier policy reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Intimates, lingerie, undergarments, and swimwear
  • Face masks, beauty, and skincare products
  • Jewelry (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items not approved through our Return Portal first

Return shipping — on us

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid ReturnGO shipping label at no cost. No fee deducted from your refund, no money out of your pocket. Drop it at any USPS or carrier location and you’re done.

We do not accept walk-in or in-person returns.

Refunds

For approved returns, your full refund goes back to your original payment method. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund processes within 5–10 business days. Most banks credit the funds within 1–2 business days after that.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). If an item isn’t eligible for exchange based on supplier rules, we’ll process it as a return for full refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit as appropriate — no return label needed, no fee

International returns

International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@verybesty.com to start an international return — we’ll provide our return address and instructions.

For international returns, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping (carrier of your choice). Once we receive and inspect the item, your full refund processes within 5–10 business days. We recommend a tracked carrier so you can confirm delivery to our facility.

The same eligibility rules apply: items must be in new, unused, unworn condition with original tags and packaging, and not marked Final Sale. Return shipping costs and any associated customs/duties are the responsibility of the customer.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law: you may cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Email hello@verybesty.com to start an EU return.

How to start a return

  1. Visit our online Return Portal
  2. Enter your order number and the email used at checkout
  3. Upload photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  4. Follow the prompts to receive your prepaid ReturnGO label
