Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. shipping is free on every order — no minimum. International shipping is weight-tiered and calculated at checkout: $9.99 (up to 1 lb), $19.99 (1–5 lb), $24.99 (over 5 lb).
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 5–7 business days after shipment. Some items ship from manufacturer warehouses (including international) and may take an additional 7–15 business days — we flag this on the product page when applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to 43 countries, with weight-tiered shipping calculated at checkout. International returns are accepted within 30 days; the customer arranges and pays for return shipping (see our Refund Policy). Customs duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Full destination list in our Shipping Policy.
Where’s my tracking number?
It’s emailed to you the moment your package leaves the warehouse. If you don’t see it within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email hello@verybesty.com.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Maybe — if you catch it within an hour of ordering, email us right away and we’ll do our best. Once the order ships, address changes aren’t possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
free 30-day returns on every U.S. order, full refund to your original payment method. Start a return through our portal within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label — no fee, no deduction. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund processes within 5–10 business days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Nope. We email you a prepaid label. Drop it at any USPS or carrier location and you’re done.
What can’t be returned?
Intimates, lingerie, undergarments, swimwear, beauty/skincare, jewelry (unless damaged), customized items, gift cards, and anything marked “Final Sale” on the product page. Full list in our Refund Policy.
Can I return an international order?
Yes — international returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@verybesty.com to start the return. You arrange and pay for return shipping (carrier of your choice). Once we receive and inspect the item, your full refund processes within 5–10 business days. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Return Portal, enter your order number and email, and follow the prompts. You’ll receive a prepaid label by email.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit as appropriate — no return label needed, no fee.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, subject to availability. If the size or color you want is out of stock, we’ll process the return as a full refund instead.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you carry?
XS through plus, with most styles available across the full range. Plus sizes use the same fits and fabrics as standard sizes — no tier-down quality.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Most do. Each product page lists fit notes (true-to-size, runs small, runs large) and supplier-provided measurements. Check the product page before ordering and we’ll do our best to flag any quirks.
How do I find my size?
Each product has size measurements on its detail page. If you’re between sizes, check the fit note — we usually recommend sizing up for relaxed fits and sizing down for stretchy fabrics.
Payment & Checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We never see or store your full card number — payment processing happens on Shopify’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Do you offer payment plans?
Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout for orders between $50 and $17,500 — split into 4 interest-free payments or 6–12 monthly payments depending on order size.
Do you offer discount codes or sales?
Yes — subscribe to our email list for a 20% off code on your first order, plus access to seasonal sales and new-arrival drops. Look for the popup or scroll to the email signup at the bottom of any page.
Order Tracking & Status
How do I check my order status?
You’ll get an email confirmation when you order, a tracking link when it ships, and a delivery notification when it arrives. You can also click the order link in any of those emails to see live tracking.
I never received my package — what do I do?
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and household members, look around your delivery location, and wait 2 business days (carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they actually arrive). If still missing, email hello@verybesty.com with your order number and we’ll work with the carrier on a claim.
Can I cancel my order?
If you catch it within an hour of ordering, email us immediately and we’ll try to stop it before it ships. After that, you’ll need to wait for delivery and start a return.
Products & Quality
Where do your clothes come from?
We curate from established fashion supply partners and ship from U.S. warehouses (most orders) and select international warehouses (some specialty items, flagged on product pages). We focus on the quality, fit, and style worth wearing — not on the cheapest possible source.
Are your products true to the photos?
We do our best. Colors can vary slightly by monitor, and small details (like trim, buttons, or print scale) occasionally differ from photos. If something arrives noticeably different from what was shown, contact us — we’ll make it right.
How often do you restock?
Weekly. New arrivals drop most weeks, and we restock popular pieces when our suppliers refill inventory. Subscribe to email alerts to hear first.
Account & Email
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account makes reordering and tracking faster, but it’s optional.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email. You’ll still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) since those are required for your purchase.
How do I update my account info?
Log in to your account at the top of any page and edit your details under “Account” → “Edit Profile.”

Are you a real company?

What are your support hours?
We answer emails Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET, and check messages over the weekend for urgent issues. Most replies arrive within 1 business day; orders placed Friday afternoon may not get a Monday-morning reply until later that day.
